“Hi all. This is what MILO Singapore have responded. Hi Joanna, We spoke earlier today. Once again, we are deeply sorry to hear about your experience concerning packet MILO. Unfortunately, we could not conduct an analysis of the affected product as we were unable to retrieve the sample. We have however taken the following immediate steps: 1) We reviewed all records of the same manufacturing batch.
2) We purchased and evaluated MILO of the same batch code from retail outlets. Our investigations to date have found that that there were no manufacturing issues with the products. Nevertheless, please note that finished products may be affected by unfavorable storage and transport conditions.
