I love the idea. I think lots (and by lots, I mean almost all) companies can learn something from this, mapping out what they do across the company in terms that almost anyone can understand (although I’m not quite sure why ‘Morgue’ is on the chart :) ). Unfortunately, as Dan points out, this isn’t an Org Chart. It’s actually an Operational Chart, looking at *how* things are done, not an Org chart, that maps the relationships between different positions in the company. However, I don’t mean to discount this at all, as most companies don’t know how to do an Ops Chart, either.
