Year 2011 general election will be a watershed for Singaporeans to move progressively forward in the next millennium. We need a strong consultative and caring government to run our country and we also need a strong credible opposition to counter balance in checking the accountability of our government with alternative voices and alternative new ideas. The awakening voices, desire, expectation and wisdom of the people for change are very high and unstoppable. Past paradigm, whereby the government knows everything has longed been overdue and it’s totally over. We don’t want the next future government to be ignorance, arrogance and complacent in running our country. This unhealthy trend might eventually lead our beloved country to be a failed nation. We don’t want to repeat our past mistakes in electing politicians with so many promises, but are hopeless to act, dare not voic...
