Finally had a chance to visit after such a long time. This talk was held Princely Treasures from the House of Liechtenstein exhibition at the National Museum of Singapore. A collection of artwork kept by an Austrian dynasty of rulers from the House of Liechtenstein. Imagine how all these masterpieces once graced the castles and palaces owned by the family. Rubens in War and Peace by Dr Kevin Chua, Associate Professor, Texas Tech University, USA was held in conjunction with this exhibition. So Dr Kevin was basically sharing about this guy, Peter Paul Rubens whose art piece was part of the princes’ collection. He’s a Flemish Baroque Painter.
