The 65-year-old woman was knocked down at the ground floor lift lobby of Blk 538 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5. The teen was identified through police cameras and on-the-ground investigations, the Singapore Police Force said on Monday evening, April 23. The teen is assisting the police with investigations.
