Check out my Basil Potato Smash #thanksgivingrecipe. 12 pieces of White New Potato 1 bunch Basil torn 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt 1 Tsp Black Peppercorns cracked In a saucepot add potatoes and enough water to cover by 2 inches with 2 Tbsp of salt. Bring to the boil and cook till fully cooked, approximately 12 minutes. Meanwhile, add olive oil to black peppercorn in a bowl and mix together. Once potatoes are cooked, drain and place in a bowl or serving platter. Using a fork, smash the potato. Drizzle the olive oil mix on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with torn basil and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
