A few fruit facts

Fruits (and vegetables) are important for your overall health and therefore should be included as part of your daily diet. It is recommended by the WHO to eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables every day. But personally, I find that excessive. Many people struggle to eat even 1 type of fruit or vegetable a day. I think that eating at least 3 different kinds of fruits and vegetables per day is a good habit or aim. I love most kinds of fruits, especially fresh and sweet ones, so I always include them in my everyday diet. I'm quite picky with vegetables- I only eat them if they're tasty. Back to fruits... These are 3 of my favourite fruits that I'd like to introduce.
