Interesting to see two vastly differing result for same location at different timings

I have just received a Huawei E173 that runs on Singtel Broadband on Mobile, Priority Pass 7.2Mbps, for review. This will be a continuous, updates-in-progress post, over a minimum period of two weeks. I will be regularly posting updates of the speeds I am getting at various locations and various times. So, do check back this post, to see the updates. I will send a final update (via Facebook and Twitter) once I have completed the minimum two weeks.
