In collaboration with FIJI Water, award-winning Chef Jo Ann Ng of Vanilla Bar & Cafe will be holding a unique culinary class on 1 October 2016 at ToTT. “From cloud to bottle” is what brings the FIJI water story to life. We can taste it in every quenching mouthful, and this October, it goes a little further – onto our plates! Award-winning Chef Jo Ann Ng of Vanilla Bar & Cafe will be hosting a unique culinary class ; two vegetarian dishes using (you guessed it) FIJI water.
