[New Blog Post] Salt Tapas & Bar Welcomes a New Executive Chef and Menu

is an extension of the existing “Salt” brand by Chef Luke Mangan. It is well known for its Spanish vibe and tapas with an Australian twist. Their new Executive Chef Ronald Li had newly curated a few dishes to encourage sharing and communal dining amongst family and friends. The semi-alfresco restaurant and bar is extremely cosy and was very crowded when I was there on a weekday evening to try out their new menu!
