The Moving Body launches two new ways to work out regardless of fitness levels. Featured here is the “More than a Roller (MOTR)” There is a lot more to exercise than just plain running nowadays. Recent studies are pointing towards the combination of endurance (aerobic) and resistance (muscle building) training for better weight control and overall improvement in performance.
