I just found out that gyaru secrets is down, thanks to Chaudie’s post . (I needed a chance to use this.) I don’t read gyaru secrets, but I think you guys already know that. Not really because I’m protesting it, but mostly because I don’t know if I could emotionally handle things people said about me. The secrets I know of (from years ago) about me didn’t really bother me, but I just fear that one is really going to cut right through me and I’m not going to be able to handle it. But that’s not important here. I just worry the most about the people who are newest to our community and what gyaru secrets does to them. We all remember our first pictures onto everyday gyaru (or if you are as old as me, ganguro, I co-created e_g) and then getting not the “omg you are so beautiful” that we expected, but the criticism, some constructive, some not so much.
