Slowly settling down again:

Since the scare on Friday , we've slowly settled back into a family routine. Faith seems to be back to her normal self (bearing in mind that her "normal" is not the same as our "normal") and the wife seems calmer too. I couldn't sleep for two nights. I guess it will take a while for the shock of almost losing my firstborn to wear off. Meanwhile we have reinstated the wearing of her Road ID tag. It is an identity tag made originally for runners and I bought one for her some time ago. I had the custom inscription made to explain her condition and the contact numbers to call if anyone should find her. We are going to ensure she never leaves without this wrist tag. I also started to look at GPS solutions. Maybe even a Blackberry or iPhone with GPS turned on and thrown into her bag. But a wearable device is probably better because she does not always go out with her bag. These ...
