L et’s cut to the chase, I’m not a fan of this moisturiser at all. Hada-Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid Milk (2013 formula) has the potential to be great option for people who would like a moisturiser that will deeply hydrate and soothe skin in a simple way. Like the popular Hada-Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid Lotion (read my best pick review of it here ), it is alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and formulated for dry, dehydrated skin in mind. It’s true that it is great at keeping my combination-dry skin really moisturised and hydrated, but my biggest qualm is its sticky residue — you can feel it on the surface even after an hour or so. The overwhelming sticky finish simply makes the moisturiser unpleasant to use. It looks and feels a bit like white craft glue. A layer of mattifying sunscreen or makeup primer on top does take the tackiness away, but I have no desire to struggle a...
