Pushing Through A Weight Plateau: My Experience with a Juice Cleanse

Most of you know that I lost quite a bit of weight lately - well this year actually. Most of the weight came off easily in the first half of the year. Then from June to August it was very slow, and from Sept to Nov, my weight is just fluctuating between the same 1-2kg. While I am happy with my current weight, and the whole weight loss journey has been very enjoyable the WHOLE time... I wanted to push myself further, and push through the past few months of plateau. I feel like I am keeping up with my exercise - note my exercise consists of just me going for a brisk walk/ jog by myself 3-4 times a week, the distance is anywhere from 5 to 10 km each time. This is a good overall health thingy for me, in no way am I training any muscles or whatever, for those I probably have to do complicated stuff like weights or join some gym class. But I can't deal with complicated exercises...
