The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Ms Hii Siik Cho who comes from Sarawak (East Malaysia), and her forte is in local delights and Asian cuisine. You must try the Fried Fish Soup with Slipper Lobster and Thick Vermicelli. The soup is light and flavorful, while the ingredients make up a hearty meal. To spice things up, dig into the Oriental Szechuan-style Crabs, for a savory, spicy and sweet treat. The Assam Fish Head Curry is also not to be missed.
