Lunch. My recommendations:

Old Airport Road Food Centre - Hawker Trail 上周六,我和Cusine Paradise 举办了$10的小贩午餐聚会,我们来到了美食多多的旧机场路51座小贩中心(Old Airport Road Food Centre,51 Old Airport Road),和20位朋友一起吃个痛快! 这次的反应很热烈,所以我们把大家分成4桌用餐。每人只需付$10就能品尝到12个不同摊位的菜肴,简直太划算了! “新美香卤面”(Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee)的美味程度可以从面摊午餐时间的繁忙程度得知。这里卤面的配料有炸红哥里鱼、卤肉、蒜、醋、红辣椒和熟鸡蛋。 我不太喜欢中峇鲁卤面,因为太多煎炸的材料。我对卤面的要求其实很简单,那就是一定要有炸红哥里鱼。“新美香卤面”的材料虽然没比中峇鲁卤面来得多,可是这是我吃过最好吃的卤面! 新美香卤面(Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee) 摊位号码:#01-116 点“Western Barbeque”,一定要加它的蒜头酱。蒜头酱淋在什么肉类都一样香浓可口。 我们点了Chicken Chop配蒜头酱,浓浓的蒜味加上炸得香脆的鸡肉,爱吃蒜的你一定喜欢! Western Barbeque 摊位号码:#01-53 欣美粥品(Xin Mei Porridge)有肉丸皮蛋粥、鸡丝鱿鱼粥、鱼生粥等不同口味。粥底香甜,稠而不黏,用料新鲜,还有那热脆而香的油条,味道不错! 欣美粥品(Xin Mei Porridge) 摊位号码:#01-91 炸香蕉或许很普遍,可是“吃爽爽”(Chi Shuang Shuang)的炸榴梿却是那么与众不同! 炸榴梿做得酥香而不油腻,入口榴梿香,吃时金黄色的外皮酥软带弹性,是极为讨好的甜品。这里还有别具南洋口味的炸珍蜜栗(chempedak)。 “吃爽爽”(Chi Shuang Shuang) 摊位号码:#01-51 大巴窑罗惹(Toa Payoh Rojak)用浓稠的槟城虾膏为酱料,不加水和酱油。 虽然现在是第二代掌舵,老板还是坚持现做现卖,每...
