He also emphasized that Community Involvement Programmes will focus on the inculcation of values. To further sell his message on the importance of a values-driven education, Mr Heng cited numerous examples of students who have demonstrated exceptional grit in overcoming difficult personal circumstances, and going on to excel in both studies as well as CCAs.
