Foreigners are indeed more "cheaper, better and faster" than Singaporeans?

If you were a business owner and you have a loyal employee who helped you to build your business when it was still struggling and then suddenly when things appear to be stabilising and picking up and you have to tell him or her, “Sorry I cannot use you anymore.” You will have a guilty feeling like when I had to tell the guy who helped me get over the recent recession that I could not renew his pass because MOM did not approve it. He thought I was being ungrateful, use him then dump him. And after he left, I could not get any local to fill the post, either they do not have the required skill or they just did not like to work in an industry where you have to do shift.
