Why Singaporeans do not desire to work in the F&B industry

Hi all…I am Singaporean, facing the same issue, I have no issue competing technically with anyone on a fair basis,foreign or local ..but let me tell u what exactly is happening…out of 15 Engineers ,about 12 are Philipinos, some with absolutely no experience in a similar tech environment, just that they were willing to work shifts.They were hired.fine.What happned was the teams became philipn majority hence tagalog became the working language, even calls to other tech teams are in tagalog and hence I dont follow what is is being discussed and hence i become blur sotong when it comes to major issues in the team.That is where they win.Out of 3 Singaporeans, 1 left, 1 fired,1 remains. These people form a team within the main team and discuss issues and pass info that I never hear about.Hence they are seen as being more competent.I am sad to say that i have received the lowest ...
