SNA - Singapore HDB examines resale flats and housing improvement

Asia Property Report, 10 Jan 2012 According to the Ministry of National Development (MND) via written correspondence, more then 7,200 flats that had been accumulated by the Housing Board were acquired within two years post their Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of five-years. Bought between January 2007-November 2011, these resale flats account for nine per cent of apartments qualified for resale while the remaining 91 per cent were excluded from any property transaction.
