Seems the BFC is terrified of a lesbian outbreak. First cuts in Black Swan, now The Kids Are Alright - - Idiots.
The Board of Film Censors (BFC) showed us they haven't lost their touch when it comes to ridiculous decisions with this latest howler. The movie "The Kids Are All Right ", nominated for Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor at the Oscars, is about a married lesbian couple raising their two kids and what happens when the kids' biological father — the sperm donor — enters their lives. The BFC magnanimously chose not to ban the film, but gave it an R21 rating, with one more caveat: only ONE print of the film will be allowed to be released. Not one cinema, not one hall, ONE PRINT.
