Why opposition parties should speak up on ISA and human rights issues

As the electorate becomes more politically sophisticated and mature, they would gradually expect opposition parties to be well versed in all areas of Singapore life, including fundamental issues like democracy, the rule of law, and human rights. An opposition party that steers clear on mentioning these issues out of fear of reprisals from the PAP would only show itself to be apathetic.
