Civil disobedience necessary at times - litigation legislation and demonstration - 2008 protests? #egyptrally

I am so happy to find this forum. I am a Malaysian who are keen to see democratic progress and human rights awareness across Asia, in particularly China, Malaysia and Singapore. In the recent election in Malaysia, the people here chosed to cast their vote without favor to religion and races, I am happy to see this progress although it came a bit late. We are trying hard to catch the train of being a truly democractic country which support freedom in all aspects with the guidance of morality and righteous principles. It is not easy of course, and often the ruling government uses unjust laws to control the freedom of expression. Lastly I would just like to express that Universal Human Rights are belong to all countries and races. Anybody can share thier view about Human Rights, and I won't care where they come from as long as what he/she say is right, reasonable and meeting ...
