Singapore is best location for expat entrepreneurs:

NatWest International, in partnership with the Centre of Future Studies, researched the extent to which countries promote the entrepreneurial spirit through a variety of practices such as low taxes and lighter bureaucracy, along with factors such as their economic climate and infrastructure. Singapore was ranked the best country to nurture start-ups for expats, followed by Hong Kong and the U.S.
