Temasek Holdings (TH), the state’s investment machine will be spending tens of thousands of dollars per week (per country), to “artificially inflate its presence” in major search engines so that it can stay “on top” of Temasek Review Emeritus (TRE) whenever someone goes online and type ‘temasek review’.
