To help you achieve this, we’ve put together a rather indulgent week-long primping schedule that will take you from getting glowy from the inside to achieving the softest skin, and from waxing and threading all through to a last minute complexion brightener. Read on and get prepping! DAY 7 – DRINK UP It’s true that beauty begins from within, so drink your way to fab skin with an anti-oxidant boosting smoothie! This is my personal bare-bones recipe whenever I feel my skin needs some healthful help: one banana, four florets of broccoli, an optional bunch of mint and a handful of berries.
