Ever since its $20 for 20GB promotion, it looks like hordes of people plagued by insanely low data capped phone plans from existing telcos have decided they’ve had enough. So, they’ve flipped the proverbial table and hopped on with new telco Circles.Life. And while there are still a fair share of happy customers who are delighted they have made the switch, and will never look back, there are others who haven’t had the same good experience. In the past week, in particular, a number have taken to Circles.Life’s Facebook page with complaints about various issues they’ve faced with the cheery company, known for its friendly replies to comments, and happy accessible-looking messaging on their website.
