The UOB Visa Electron is no more.(Soon anywae) I, who lurve most things blue, ish sad. Because they’ve replaced my card with the NOW card. Which is of an ugly red. And with huge words painted across. Like this: -_-” Like this soooo ugly. Compared to this: So sad lah. Best thing is. It has no freaking NETS function. Of cuz I have my other nets card. But that’s not the purpose!! Den their suggestion was to get their UOB atm card. Freak. Duno y they wanna remove the function now. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Anywae, I ish sad that I have to be using the red card now. *sigh* Den again, I will now have the excuse to use my boiboi’s card. “But darling, your card looks better than mine.” He might den reply: “But my card got no $$ lah~~~ *ahem* Juz kidding. Wow, UOB is really smart. I am constantly amazed at how they can make everything sound so ridiculous. Question: Can I carry the UOB NOW Debit card together with my other contactless card? Eg, ezlink, staff pass. (This is because the new card has got the ezlink function) Answer: Yes, you may. However, please ensure that you take out the relevant card from your wallet and tap it on your card reader. -_-” The purpose of this question, is to find out if my card can remain in my wallet with other cards, so that I can just take my wallet out and tap it against the card reader instead of taking the card out of my wallet! Why in God’s name did they take out a useful function(NETS) and put in an absolutely useless one. (I already have a freaking ezlink card!) And the ezlink function will conflict with my actual ezlink card! Retardos.
