MoVeD Dear all, I have moved to Ms Simplicity. Decided to use Wordpress because I can combine my previous 2 blogs to 1 main one. It's easier for me to consolidate all the posts too. Hope you all will like the new blog =) aTtAcK LoR Dear lovely people, thanks for dropping by now and then to my blog. For some, I might not know you but you came to know alot about me and my life. For some whom I knew, you will drop by and see how I am getting on with my life because we seldom meet. For some who hates me or are jealous of my life, will also read my blog and find ways to make me unhappy by giving sarcastic remarks. Thanks to those people who are constanly trying their best to put me down, spoil my life, make me upset etc. By doing all that will only make me a stronger person and I am really thankful for the efforts they have put in. Continue to attack me with nasty remarks for all they want because it doesn't really affects me. I believe in karma so what comes around goes around. To those people out there who can't wait to see me fall, thanks for the attention you have given me all these while keeping track of my life hoping something bad will happen to me. I am not afraid because I live with a clear conscience. Afterall, it's all purely childish acts to me =) mY gEnTiNg tRiP Just came back from my Genting trip last night. A short but fulfilling holiday. The holiday was practically eat, shop, gamble, eat, fun at theme park, shop, eat, gamble, eat and sleep. Muacks! tHe InDuLgE @ tHe CaThAy Went to this little cosy restaurant at The Cathay for dinner after watching the Transformers movie last week. My dear mummy has been nagging about my bursting wardrobe that keeps all my impulse purchases. So being a good daughter of hers =P I decided to do some packing. I realized there are alot of clothes that's still brand new with tags. So in order to clear up more space, I have decided to sell them off at a cheaper price. Some of them I only wore them once. My loss is your gain. Haha.... So if there's anything that catches your eye and would like to have it, do email me at buzzieted@hotmail.com for details and price ba. Gam Sia! i LoVe TrAnSfOrMeRs! Went to watch Transformers yesterday with my dear dear at The Cathay. It was a truly great movie that all of you should not miss. Imagined I was so touched that I teared during that scene when the Optimus Prime first appeared and transformed in the movie. It just kinda relive those childhood memories when I used to watch Transformers cartoons with my sister during my primary school days. I truly hope there will be sequels to this movie. Will be getting the original DVD when it's released for sale. For now, let me show you some of my dear dear's collections. These are the recent additions to my dear dear's Transformers collections which he started about a year back. I bought him the PS3 Transformers game which he have been lemming for and he loves it so much! =)(He's playing the game while I'm blogging this post :p)These are part of his collections in his cupboard that are still new and sealed in box. These are his beloved collections placed in the display cupboard I bought for him for his viewing pleasure every now and then.My dear dear, the proud owner and collector of Transformers ;) wE LoVe RaMeN Both my dear dear and I had cravings for Ramen so we met up at Bugis after work just now and went to Ajisan to satisfy our cravings. As usual, we ordered the Volcano Ramen since both of us love hot and spicy food. It's shiokness ne! After the dinner, we went to window-shop for a while before we came back home to rest because we will be watching the long-awaited movie Transformers tomorrow. All I can say is we are so looking forward to the movie =) MeEt mY fLoWeRpOd fOrUm fRiEnD Just now went online to check my exam results for the two modules I took 2 months ago and I can say I am so pleased with my grades. I got Grade B for my Business English and Grade A for my Quantitative Maths. The late nights and burning of midnight oil are all worth it! Now I am so gonna study even harder for the next 2 modules, Financial Accounting and Economics. Exams are coming again in about 1 month's time. As my dear dear will be having his exams around the same time as me, he said we should go for a short holiday to relax ourselves first. So last Friday he went to book a Genting trip for us and some of his colleagues. He said its a little treat from him to thank me for bringing him to watch wrestling next month. Heez... So very sweet of him =) After our exams, he will be bringing me along to his company's trip which is gonna be a cruise. I have never been to a cruise before and I am so looking forward to it.Last Friday, I went to meet this friend of mine whom I got to know from this beauty forum, Flowerpod, which I used to visit often. 3 years ago, she left for Australia to further her studies but we still keep in touch via MSN. Last week, she emailed me saying she will be coming to S'pore for holiday. So after a few email exchanges, we decided to meet up for dinner and some catching up. Although it was a small group and also a pity as the rest like Elaine and Noelle couldn't make it to join us, but we still enjoyed ourselves that night. So very sweet of her to buy some chocolates for us. mY CeLebRiTy LoOkaLiKeS CoLLaGe Poor me is recuperating at home now to nurse my flu. As it's the season for dumplings now, my lovely mummy will buy the necessary ingredients to make dumplings. Blame it on my mummy's superb cooking which made the tastiest and yummiest home-made dumplings, I have turned into Greedy-Me. I had bazhang for breakfast and dinner for like two consecutive days. In total I think I took about 7-8 bazhang in just 2 days which resulted in me getting unwell now lor =P But I don't care even if bazhang is gonna make me fat or unwell because I only get to eat the home-made dumplings my mummy made once a year. She just bought some more ingredients to make more bazhang. Heez... More bazhangs for me!Came across this when I was surfing the net and decided to give it a try. It's pretty fun and interesting. Try using different photos to see which celebrities appear more than once ;) Have fun! ChUrCh wEdDiNg & RiTz cArLtOn Attended my dear dear's colleague cum buddy's wedding on Saturday. A ViDeO GaMe SyMpHoNy Last Friday, my sweet dear dear brought me to watch a Video Game Symphony at the Esplanade Concert Hall presented by Singapore Arts Festival. The two planned concerts as well as the additional concert of the Asian premiere of PLAY! were sold out. It is unique as it reaches out to both music players and gamers by combining classical music played by a full symphony orchestra with the pop culture of video games. Some of the titles played that night might be familiar to most of you. They were Super Mario Bros, Daytona (It goes,"Daytona~.... Daytona~...." when you play the beginner stage that music lolz)and Sonic the Hedgehog. For gamers, you might be more familiar with titles like the Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, World of Warcraft, Kingdom Hearts and Blue Dragon. My dear dear and I was really very impressed and totally immersed throughout the whole concert. Having seated on the 4th row from the stage, we could feel the full impact of the orchestra. I even saw this musical instrument, the Harp, for the first time in my life. It was huge and so fairy-tale. We simply couldn't get enough of the concert. I clapped so hard until my hands turned red lor. Even after the final title "Final Fantasy VII, One-Winged Angel", the one which we were so much looking forward to hearing it ended, the encore from the audience were deafening. We all want more! So the last title played was Shinobi which won the highest votes online.Tickets were bought sometime in March to secure the best seatsMe and my excited dear dearWe had Ramen for dinner @ Marina Square before we went for the concertPang kor kor, my dear dear's colleague joined us for the concert too. Supposed to have another colleague joining but he couldn't make it at the last min. 1 ticket wasted wor =(After the concert, I got a sms from lovely Elaine asking me whether I wanna join her and her friends for coffee. Without hesitation, I agreed to join her. We had a great time though it was only for a short while. Let's arrange to meet up again, ya? =)An Influenced Game-Lover by her dear prince =P tEtRiS JaPo My dear dear shared this with me just now because he know I love to see interesting and funny video clips. When I clicked on the link and watched the clip, my sister and I were laughing like two mad women in the bedroom until my mum came in and asked what happened. LOLZ. Anyway, click on the link and enjoy a good laugh too. It's Friday again and may everybody have a great weekend ahead!Enjoy a great laugh here =D RiVeRbOaT ReStAuRaNt Met up with pweeti mama Noelle last Friday for dinner. Many thanks to her because she brought me to this riverboat restaurant at Marina South Pier. It was a lovely place indeed, be it with friends or loved ones. Moreover, the prices are pretty affordable. Both Noelle and I had a great time enjoying the food, the gentle sea breeze and occasional rocking of the boat. It was a great night's out with the ladies and I really enjoyed their accompany. After the dinner and drinks with the ladies, I was supposed to go Powerhouse to meet my dear dear and his colleagues. Super sweet Elaine asked her super sweet boyfriend to fetch me to the entrance of St James although I insisted I can walk there from Harbourfront Centre. She told me it's too dark to walk there. -_-''' Haha... Really so nice of her.I enjoyed myself very much at Powerhouse with my dear dear that night too. I was pretty excited because like Lyana, I watched wrestling when I was young too. Nowadays, I watched them with my dear dear. Its gonna be a great experience to watch it LIVE man! So today, I went to book the tickets online for myself and my dear dear. I bought the second highest category for the tickets because I got no money to buy the first category tickets which costs $300 each =(. But nevertheless, my dear dear was thrilled when he heard that I have bought the tickets to watch WWE - SmackDown SummerSlam Tour for both of us =) I think he loves me more now. Anyway, my sister and I went Chinatown for some shopping and dinner yesterday after work. Because of the Great Singapore Sale cum Vesak Day eve, everywhere was packed with people. Nevertheless, both of us still enjoyed ourselves. As yesterday was the soft opening of the majestic Buddha Tooth Relic Temple & Museum, we even had a good view of the fireworks from where we were seated while we enjoyed our bowl of Ah-Balling and not-so-tasty Rojak. wHaTeVeR... I just realized there are many people who really doesn't deserve my attention, my time, my concerns, my sympathies, my encouragements, my listening ears, my advices, my friendships, my love etc... All in all, they don't deserve anything from me. Simply because they are not worth it. They lead their own lives, I lead my own life. I have better things to do than to bother about their lives. In the very first place I wasn't even interested to bother at all. For that, I have added a new philosophy in my life which can be easily described in just one word: Whatever. A WeLL-DeSeRvEd TrEaT fOr DeAr dEaR Since Friday, I was haunted by a very bad neck pain which led to a series of headaches. Couldn't sleep well and panadols doesn't help either. Was supposed to meet Esther, Marilyn and Noelle on Saturday for breakfast but couldn't make it due to the painful headaches which caused slight giddiness. Slept like a baby until 4pm before the pain went away.To celebrate my dear dear's success in his driving test, to satisfy his cravings for Japanese cuisine and as I have promised, I brought him to Ichiban Sushi for dinner on Saturday night. Both of us ordered a set each and had some sushi. We really love Japanese cuisine. It was a filling and satisfying meal for both of us. My dear prince even thanked me for the little treat I gave him. Haha... Really sweet of him. I am glad he enjoyed the food and it cured his cravings for Japanese cuisine. At least for the time being =P Tomorrow is a very important day for me. There's gonna be a test which I need to take and I truly hope I am up to it. Deal or no deal will have to depend on the result of the test already. Be it good or bad, it's gonna be a learning experience in my life. May luck be with me tomorrow. These are what we ordered. Oishi!!!Ordered green tea ice-cream for dessert. I love it!Japanese cuisine lovers, we are =) StEaMbOaT DiNnEr WiTh FaMiLy Well, I was supposed to bring my mum out for steamboat last week for her birthday but it was postponed because she was down with a very bad flu. So after she has recovered, we decided to have the steamboat dinner on Friday. It was the first time my family tried the Mala Steamboat. Having been brought up in a family where we were exposed to spicy food since young, we have no problem with the spiciness of the Mala Steamboat. All of us really enjoyed the dinner. After dinner, we even went for some shopping at Bugis Junction. It was really great to be out with my family. I hope I can spend more time with them and bring them out more often in future. I realised as I grow older, I tend to want to stay at home to keep my family accompany compared to the old me who love to go out and chiong. Maybe I really has grown up and start to think sensibly. Or it might be the man whom I love and loves me who teaches me the correct values in life.My fav beef, hotdogs and luncheon meat are what I always eat whenever I have steamboat My parents and my sister enjoying the steamboat dinnerAll feeling happy after a hearty dinner Happy belated birthday, Mummy! Muacks! GiVe mE AnYtHiNg oR wHaTeVeR I am sure most of you have seen the hilarious advertisements lately about this Anything and Whatever drinks. I can say that their marketing strategies really not bad. Because not only the name is easy to remember but the idea somehow came from our daily lifestyle. For example when you are out with your friends for lunch and it comes to ordering drinks. More often than not, people tend to say anything. Or whatever. Don't you agree? Whatever it is, I am sure people are also curious how the drinks taste like. For the Anything drink, it's carbonated. Whereas for the Whatever drink, it's non-carbonated. This afternoon, when I went to the NTUC with my colleagues after lunch, I decided to buy one and try. Had wanted to get both but there isn't any Whatever drinks left on the shelf. Only left 3 cans of Anything drink. So I bought 1 can of Anything drink to try. Guess what? It was ice-cream soda. Hahahaha... You won't know what kind of drink or flavour you will get until you drink it. The can did not state what it is de lor. For those who have not tried, you might wanna get one of each and try. It not only quench your thirst, but in a more interesting and fun way =)Give me Anything!Cheers with Anything =) sO pRoUd oF mY dEaR pRiNcE I was so happy when I heard the news from my dear prince that I immediately blog about it to share this piece of great news with all of you.My dear prince got his driving license liao!!! While waiting for her to come home, an idea strucked me. I asked my brother and sister to switch off all the lights and close the door. We decided to give her a surprise. Keke.... The three of us waited in the kitchen for like 20 - 30 mins before my mum finally came home. I quickly lighted the candle, held the birthday cake in my hands and three of us sang the birthday song when we walked to the living room. My mum was smiling when she saw us.
