Collection Update - Marvel Shelf Hot Toys' love for the Marvel Universe is evident in their recent Marvel, Wolverine and Blade. Looking forward to their take on Spiderman and would really go wild if they attempted Hulk. Collection Update - Random Toys These are basically stuff that I don't have space for in my shelves, so I just stack them up. Collection Update - G1 Transformers I was happy to finally display the cassette bot Trannies to my G1 shelf. My fave cassette bots are Frenzy and Rumble and I remember always wishing to score them as I browsed their pix in the old Hasbro catelogues. Collection Update -1:6 Hot Toys Shelf This was previously a dedicated shelf for Supes, but the lack of display real estate means he has to make way for other Hot Toys figures. Collection Update - 1:6 Batman Figures I really hope Hot Toys DX Batman is the last 1:6 TDK related figure I'll ever have to pick up as this line has been quite brutal on the wallet. Collection Update - Random 1:6 Toys Slightly sorted out this shelf to fit Sideshow's Daddy Jones and Enterbay's Mr Bean. Collection Update -Free Toys The box in white was earlier reviewed here while the Enterbay Ferrari Fiorano was a recent gift. Collection Update - 1:6 Playhouse GSG-9 Love the headsculpt and the gear on this figure. As usual, Playhouse/Saturday Toys don't disappoint. Collection Update - DC Direct 13 Inch Managed to fit Zatanna, Sinestro, Sandman and V into these shelves containing DC Direct 13 Inch figures. Collection Update - Hasbro G.I. JOE Movie Figures These were too cool to pass on at clearance prices. They're sharing a shelf with Trannies as there have been numerous Trannies & G.I. Joe crossovers. The vehicles have no proper shelf sadly, and have to contend with some floor space. The vehicles came to about S$100 only, and some random Hasbro Wolverine movie figures are scattered on The Pit playset, which is probably the coolest deal I Gundam Unicorn Screening in Singapore Via Shengtai Toys Takara Tomy 2010 Batman - 1/6 Full Action Figure: Batman Vintage Version Info via Toy World message boards... It's good fun if you're a big Mego fan. It won't really go well with my 1:6 figures though. Pix of the packaging... ...and with the vintage Joker. 1:6 Hot Toys Deluxe Joker I'm very very late in pix for this figure, and when it came down to taking pix, here's all I have. Got to love the Parallel Eyes Rolling System (PERS) on this figure as it makes a myriad of expressions possible. This figure comes with a clean-faced Joker head and his cop outfit which appeared for about five seconds in the movie. And here's Adrian/Little Plastic Man's Cool Paper Toy RX-78 Our very own Paper Toy designer & master, Adrian just produced an RX-78 in his cool Paper Toy template! IMHO, it is bloody awesome. Love the attention to detail on the markings and especially his White Base shield. Do check out Paper Toy RX-78 at Adrian's site, along with his equally awesome previous Paper Toy productions! DC Direct Justice Shazam, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman DC Direct Justice Superman 1:6 Hot Toys Inglourious Basterds Lt. Aldo Raine Hot Toys is delighted to present the 1/6th scale Lt. Aldo Raine collectible figure from the Inglourious Basterds movie. This is the first-licensed collectible figure of Brad Pitt which fully realizes his likeness in the movie. The 1/6th scale Lt. Aldo Raine specially features: - Newly sculpted head with authentic likeness of Brad Pitt as Lt. Aldo Raine in the movie - Movie-accurate facial DC Direct Justice Batman TakaraTomy Transformers Revenge of The Fallen Jetfire & Optimus Prime 2-Pack These figures, along with The Fallen, rounds off my Transformers ROTF collection. I had to take these pix with only one light source, as my dear son is using my other lamp for phototherapy. :) DC Direct Justice Wonder Woman She may look like a tranny, but she was a must score from Alex Ross' Justice line to form the trinity. Transformers ROTF Starscream, Megatron and Devastator Very late in picking up this line but I'm glad I waited till prices dropped. Scored the above figures for about 40% off their respective retail prices. Glad to score the Takara version of Devastator which comes with a more accurate face paint job. Will be picking up Jetfire, Prime and the Fallen to round off this line. adidas Originals Superstar II Stormtrooper White/Black I mused about picking up this pair of kicks, and I'm glad I finally got the chance to do so. Love the package it comes in, though it's not as cool as the blister card for the adidas Originals Stormtrooper Superskate. Cool Stormie icons on the paper wrapper. Everybody loves minty fresh kicks! Like my brudder, Simon, I think it's quite cool that Stormie replaces the DC Direct Justice Shazam Scored this awhile back cos I like Alex Ross's art and his huge sized Shazam!: Power of Hope book. Love the sculpt all round, but he's pretty much useful as a statue with his limited articulation. adidas Originals Star Wars Superskate Stormtrooper White/Black Scored this solely for the cool blister card packaging and it's collectible value. Especially when the graphic is of an adidas Stormtrooper. While the trooper graphic on the front is heat transferred, which make hand washing a must, the trooper icon on the left sleeve is embriodered. So is the Star Wars / adidas logo on the back of the shirt. IMHO, this shirt is adidas Originals Star Wars collection launch at Illuma Wife graciously allowed me leave from Daddy duty to attend this event. The collection was supposed to go on sale at 8pm, but I started the queue at 630pm as I just wanted to hit and run and get back to my son. Kelvin also joined me in the queue, and I later found out he was Ken's friend and a regular at the hangar as well.
