She was also telling me abt how many suitors she had when she was young. Liew… dun she know that her daughter is abit on the too tall side? And sometimes, it’s not a matter of wanting it to happen. It has to be mutual but sometimes you jus dun see it happening, it jus doesn’t seem right or there’s no special feelings… And then she went on about my laughter, that I laugh too loudly… Wat de…. =_=”’ ok, next time I shall jus giggle and laugh demurely… *cough* =_=”’ oh well… I know they are worried abt me and everything. I know tat they are worried that as I grow older, there are less chances of moi being attached and more chances of me being alone when I’m old. All the strict rules and policies, all the comings and goings, stuffs beyond my control, all the event management stuffs being my baby again =_=”’ and being at the bottom of the pack sucks. hiaz… I wonder if it’s time to change already? but I’m only here for a year…. still I dun feel happy currently leh…. hmmm…. disappointed in… I’m kindof disappointed in someone. I shouldn’t have any expectations I know And since I dun know the person that well, I really shouldn’t have that kind of expectations But cos I somewhat ‘know’ the person, I looked out for the person and became sort of disappointed. And today, the person added to the disappointment bit again. Who???? a fren’s hubby who happens to be where I am… no attendence in training No reason why he din attend the training no attendence at meeting or disappearing halfway through a meeting claims of another urgent meeting when we planned this meeting weeks back I mean… shouldn’t something be done about your calendar? Things that was planned sometime back, shouldn’t they have priority? It’s not as if we informed late you know and not even to attempt attending a single training session even though it was repeated and emails was sent to you as reminders, that’s really unprofessional. Coming today to ask me if so many people need to attend an external meeting? That’s really wrong you know. really…. Obviously there is a need to or an email would not be sent to you. It’s a committee thing. It’s pre-planned. It’s part of work. You should make the time to attend. It’s only professional if u do so. Please stop giving me the excuse that something urgent came up and please stop this disappearing act lah. You got time to go for the thank you lunch but no time to attend the meetings? Please lah. I dun have much patience with this type of people you know… Plucking i’m actually quite amazed at how they do it in public… like when i was young, I saw an uncle doing it with 2 coins. 2 COINS leh!! to pluck out his facial hair on the bus. Then recently, on our trip back from Batam, I saw another uncle using one of those gigantic tweezers. The keyboard doesn’t seem to be working except for the function button, capslock button. WTH! I only left it alone for a month leh The battery still got power de. I dun know how to switch on the headlights!! it’s not the signal lights switch at the side of the steering wheel loh Usually it’s to turn the knob at the end of the signal lights to switch on the headlights mah But the car doesn’t have a knob on the signal light for you to turn!! I called my bro and found out… orh….. it’s a knob at the side of the steering wheel, on the dashboard….. duh… -_-”‘ I ish slow… Then I found out… I dun know how to disable the auto door lock thingy!! Then I discovered out… Orh… it’s next to the hazard lights at the top of the dashboard in the middle. Darn… I’m more used to it being at the bottom near the gears area And when I was driving home, my bro say I’m very careful Wait…. Make that very very careful Of course la!! His car leh!! And our estate got lots of trecherous turns… Fwah…. And he agreed lah when I said that that particular turn is difficult to manoveour so must be extra careful. I smug… =P blee… and the last part.. I dun know how to take out his carkey Bwahhh….. It’s not the normal kind of car keys… It’s not the card one too like his previous car.. It’s shaped like the alarm thingy and you put it into the slot and press start de Then to take it out, you can’t just pull it out!!! That is, after pressing the start stop button again to stop the engine. U gotta press it in again THEN draw it out to pull it out….. HENG!! I DIDN’t DRIVE HIS CAR YESTERDAY!! Otherwise, I dun know how long I would be stuck in the carpark trying to figure out how to operate the different parts of the car Heng I was about the same height as him so I dun need to adjust the mirrors. =P In any case, operation drive car is successful! *happy* =) But wasted, cannot drive to work… sigh… Shite!
